Supported by the European Commission (FP7 SME) the PV Servitor project's main objective is to improve the yield of photovoltaic power plants in europe.
This is achieved by efficient cleaning with the aid of service robots to reduce the energy consumption costs in the long term by about 5 percent.

The first prototypes have been developed and patented. Tests are currently running and a more intensive evaluation is being completed by our research partners, the Bern University of Applied Sciences in Burgdorf, Switzerland.
